  • 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped (precooked) chicken
  • 1 whole wheat pita
  • 1 cup sliced romaine lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons diced cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat ranch dressing


  1. Stir together barbecue sauce and chicken.
  2. Put in microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. Stuff into each pita.
  4. In a medium sized bowl, mix cucumber with lettuce and add dressing.
  5. Stuff into pita and enjoy!
