Mango, rum, lime and pineapple- feel the paradise islands with this healthy dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 small mango, diced
 - 1 1/2 tablespoons dark rum
 - 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
 - 1 teaspoon lime zest
 - Sugar to taste
 - Fresh pineapple spears or chunks
 
Instruction
- Puree the mango with the rum, lime juice and lime zest in a food processor or blender.
 - Add sugar to taste.
 - Serve over pineapple, and enjoy!
