si y casi me parto el la clavicula y esternon haciendo press superior con barra seme resvalo con el sudor(era novel y no usaba guantes ni nada) y zas para abajo,luego haciendo curl barra z en banco scott en una ultima serie no podia mas saque ultimo esfuerzo tire hacia arriba tenia la cabeza cerca y del impulso me di en la frente,me salio un bollo durante toda la semana
