Para no joderle el hilo a Trompis abro uno nuevo para preguntar que os parece esta rutina que llevo haciendo hace un par de semanas ,ya que la fullbody que estaba haciendo me llevaba una hora y media y no dispongo de tanto tiempo para entrenar ultimamente.
La hago de esta forma: Empujon/ tiron/ piernas/empujon/tiron/piernas/ descanso/descanso/ repetir.
No os parece mucho entrenar de esta forma? Esta en ingles porque la saque de un foro en este idioma.

Barbell bench press- 3 sets of 5 reps
Incline barbell bench press- 2 sets of 10 reps
military press- 2 sets of 5 reps
side db lateral raises- 2 sets of 10 reps
Close grip bench press 3 sets of 10 reps
cable pulldown 2 sets of 10
Pull:
Sumo deadlift 1x5
bent over barbell rows- 3 sets of 5 reps
weighted pullups- 5 sets of 7 reps
barbell shrugs- 3 sets of 10 reps
Barbell curls- 3 sets of 10 reps
Hammer curls- 2 sets of 8
Legs:
Barbell back squats- 3 sets of 5 reps
front squats- 2 sets of 10 reps
leg press- 2 sets of 10 reps
standing calf raises- 3 sets of 10 reps
weighted ab crunches- 2 sets of 10 reps
