Bueno mi idea es seguir con volumen (nunca e echo definicion) por 1 mes mas y empezar a destaparme con definicion por 2 meses o menos ¿ustedes creen que debo hacer esto? Y Cuanto % de grasa creen que tengo yo creo que rondo los 14%
