hola tengo 16 años mido 1.72 y peso 51 kg bueno tengo un poco de grasa abdominal y quisiera eliminarla y aumentar de masa mascular bueno acontinuacion pongo unas fotos pense en hacer spinning y multifuerza pero como estoy muy flaco no voy a hacer spinning y el multifueza tampoco pienso hacerlo porque dicen que no me va a servir mucho y entonces estaba pensado en hacer calistenia o ejercicios normales en casa o ir al gym entonces nose cual elegir todavia si me pueden ayudar gracias
