Hay algunas rutinas de Chad en las que utiliza rangos muy altos (20 o mas repeticiones por serie) y me pregunto hasta que punto un trabajo tan poco intenso (intensidad=peso) sera efectivo a la hora de ganar tamaño muscular...
creo que probare varias rutinas de este hombre, aunque descarto aquellas con ejercicios pliometricos y tal, esas mejor para combinarlas con basket, futbol, etc.
