update im currently at 273lbs and almost look normal now lol i kind of yoyoed for a bit but now im hitting the gym 3 times a week and i plan to get down to my goal weight of 220lbs by the end of summer. when i started my diet last year i was a whopping 333lbs and now im at 273 lbs for a total of 60lbs and im feeling real good i will update in about a month thanks for all the help.
update im at 264lbs the weights coming off not as fast as it did in the beginning but its coming off. when i started at my heaviest i was at 343 lbs im now exactly at 264lbs for a grand total of 79lbs i have a another 44lbs till i hit my goal weight of 220lbs.
