ZMA & Tribulus

What time of the day is best to take these two supplements (I can only take them together since I was given 2 bottles of t3(ZMA+Trib)). It says six pills a day. Oh yeah, please nothing you've read on a bottle of ZMA or Trib...
 
i dont know about trib as i see no use for it but the zma i hear ppl saying take last thing before bed.
 
tribulus is directly from a plant, and will only raise your test a small fraction it is perfectly healthy to take for almost any age (5-10+ years old) or gender. like creatine it wont matter much what time you take it, but the fact that you are taking it. but the ZMA on the other hand is usally best takin before bed so thats when you should.
 
I agree with Toby. Trib in the morning and ZMA at night. I don't think Trib is worth the money. I have tried it and was not impressed.
 
if you read his first post you can see it's 2 bottles that are a combo of trib and ZMA. the trib will only raise test a small fraction, although I don't know the MG's of the ZMA and trib per pill, im sure that ZMA is the dominant suppliment in this combo as you seem to agree, so then the question is when is the best time to take ZMA. taking trib in the morning or noon/night pre or post workout instead of an optimal time will have an insignificant effect compaired to taking it at all. so im sticking with before bed.

Thanks for the replys, and yeah ZMA is the majority ingrediant.. I've been taking 2 in the morning and 4 at night, so now I'll switch to 6 at night.. Thanks alot...
