I understand that maintaining a diary like this can be extremely helpful in losing weight and becoming more fit and thats what i want to to so here we go!
-- How much weight do you want to lose?
Im at 167.9 and it looks like the ideal weight for my height is 157 therefore id like to lose 12.4 lbs. Doesnt seem like too much i think i can achieve that.
-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight?
I'm going to give myself 3 months. It seems reasonable to me. That being said im not sure how long these things take, ive never done this before so let me know if thats too long or short.
-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?
I use to run a lot, but since ive gotten older (22 ill be 23 july 1 (im not saying im old i realize im young)) ive stopped getting so much exercise and started gainng weight. so i started running today and i did 50 sit ups! i think im going to do some push ups tommorow instead and alternate everyday between the sit ups and push ups but still running everyday.

I'm kind of shy about talking to my friends about this so im hoping to find peopl eon here who can help me

I started today! I feel pretty good too! a little sore but ill be ok! i havent smoked a cigarette toady either! which is great for me ! usually i would have smoked about 3 or 4! i know this isnt a forum to help peopel quit smoking but im trying to do that too i think it kind of ties in.
