Well, I survived my first day!
35 minutes walking on my treadmill, 25 minutes of weights.
I am hating this no fruit thing (for the first 2 weeks) though - always reached for a piece of fruit if I was feeling peckish (when I could keep away from the bikkies or choc) Must say that these meal replacement shakes aren't the best tasting - had strawberry for lunch yesterday, which wasn't totally disgusting, and a choc one this morn for breakfast, which was horrid! lol
Last night was a delicious meal of pan fried (no oil, in non stick pan) chicken breast (supposed to have 120g, which is a large amount!) and stir fried veg - cauliflower, broccoli, onion, snowpeas, cabbage, and carrots. I was missing the gravy on the chicken though! lol
Bloody DH had a tim tam after dinner, which he wouldn't even let me smell, lol.
i told him to enjoy it, cause it wasn't going to be bought anymore
If he wants a choc, he needs to buy it at work.
Looking forward to my total Lifestyle Change.
