Hey, thanks for having me :)

Im having a mid life crisis (maybe a little early)
Ive been ill for over a year now, lost 2 stone in weight and have decided i need to lose some more, tone up, get fit and healthy then maintain all this for as long as possible.
I joined my local gym/swim today and im so excited about it all, looking better, feeling better, gaining more confidence, doing more physical activities with my daughters and keeping on top of my lovely boyfriend ;)

I guess im here to chat about fitness, healthy meal ideas and to make friends in a similar position as me, so we can keep each other going if anything goes wrong.
