I have been lifting for 2 years now and I just wanted to see what everyone else thought and if you have any suggestions on any excercises I should add or change.
My workout schedule over the summer was
Monday
Bench 2x8 2x5
Bicep curls 4x8
Dips 4x15
Military press or shrugs 4x8
Back 2x12
Tuesday
Squat 3x8
Power Clean 3x5
Calf Raises 4x15
Abs (all different things)
Wednesday
(same as monday)
Thursday
(Same as tuesday)
Friday
(same as monday)
Saturday
(same as tuesday)
Sunday
off
My training will change when school starts and I will probably lift every day switching off upper and lower body
I try to get a half hour of running or some kind of cardio or sports in every day.
Currently my one lift maxes are
Bench 170
Squat 210
Clean 160
I am 16 years old 5' 10" and 135 lbs
I am trying to gain muscle weight while losing a little more fat to improve my abs. I have been seeing results for a year but I have reached a point where I am not seeing anymore results. Any suggestions??
