Don't know what to EAT ,Well here you go!
Popcorn-175calories plus has FIBRE
Coffee -2calories
Miwadi -15calories
DIet Coke-2calories
Herbal tea with sweetners -2 +4=5calories
Granola-(around 100-200calories ) And has protein!(to help fill you up)
Noodles(Have to google the calorie amount)
Soup (Have to google the calorie amount)

I do not count calories but if you are wondering ,ANd watching what you eat,There are some good info on the foods you like that will make you WANT to Have instead of a piece of cake or something unhealthy.Hope this helps you swap the REAL coke-a-cola to a DIet coke.
