Hi all, I am a young mom of 2(3.5 year old girl and 11 week old boy). I have absolutely no time what so ever to exercise. When the baby naps, he will sleep for about 20 minutes each time and when he's sleeping I have other things to do like attending to my highly demanding daughter. I have no time to exercise so does anyone have any ideas on simple, quick exercises? I try to get out for a walk once a day but its not always guaranteed. I just need to loose this weight I gained from my last pregnancy. I was 165 when I got pregnant and am now 219. With my 1st pregnancy I ended up getting up to 235 due to high blood pressure which made me gain a lot of weight. So now i am back up to were I started and it gets me so depressed. I would be estatic if I could get back down to 165 which it my main goal for now. After that i'd like to be 140. Anyways, I cant wait to get to know ya'll
