Young and IN NEED!

Hey, i'm new to the forum so first off hello.

Well i'm 16 weigh 64KG and i'm 5,7-5,8 not sure i'm sort of natrually built. I've made a new years resolution to my sell i want to get a decent 6 pack abs and arms.. But i havn't got a clue where to start. i'll be startin by going to the gym 3 times a week, but for my diet and everythin i dont know. anyone out there if you could help i would be very very greatful. i've got an idea of what i want to look like. I also wan't to increase my physical fitness maybe running, swimming or just walking exetra.. I've got asthma though so anyway or working around that would be great. :D

Could anyone give me a sort of table for training with the right diet and things.

Any help would be greatly apprciated :D

P.S sorry about the spelling i'm not to great.
