Hey, i'm new to the forum so first off hello.
Well i'm 16 weigh 64KG and i'm 5,7-5,8 not sure i'm sort of natrually built. I've made a new years resolution to my sell i want to get a decent 6 pack abs and arms.. But i havn't got a clue where to start. i'll be startin by going to the gym 3 times a week, but for my diet and everythin i dont know. anyone out there if you could help i would be very very greatful. i've got an idea of what i want to look like. I also wan't to increase my physical fitness maybe running, swimming or just walking exetra.. I've got asthma though so anyway or working around that would be great.
Could anyone give me a sort of table for training with the right diet and things.
Any help would be greatly apprciated
