haha, im glad to see that there is such a supportive community out here for anyone that wants to lose weight. Like a year ago I wouldn't have even signed up here because it would mean I would have to read about people losing weight and like consider my own and be pissed at the fact that I wasn't losing it, but hell that was a year ago lol. I used to weight like, at my highest 292.. crazy eh? Since last year i've dropped a considerable amount, right now im 238, i've maintained around 240 for about 8 months now cuz school has kept me busy, so I havn't lost anything since that time, but it's funny how easy it was to keep the weight off, i think my body just got used to it haha...

well anyway, i guess i'll post some before/after shots in that section and what not, but just wanted to say hey to all the supportive people on this forum, u guys are seriously the only motivation anyone needs.

edit: forgot to add a little about me haha, im 19 and about 6'1".. anything else.. umm just ask
 
COngratulations on your weight loss so far! I know what you mean about your body getting used to having the weight off! I can maintain easily now... it's just the reast of the losing I have to deal with! Good luck to you and welcome to the forum:)

my goal weight is to be about 180-190, my short term goal is less than 200, only because it would be nice to see a 1 on the starting of that scale haha, its been awhile :p i dunno my exact goal weight because i want to build muscle too, but definitly well under 200... im a tall guy, and i don't wanna be tall and skinny, i want to maintain a decent large frame, but i don't want fat :p so we'll see...

the body type I have builds fat easily, but then it also builds muscle easily, so i think its time i start taking advantage of the other half haha

and turkey walk, i read your blog lol, not a bad idea :p cept I'd need 4 turkeys for about 60 lbs hahah

im not sure how the whole diary thing works, seems like alot of writing haha
not that I mind, just that come september i have to go back to university, so I write as little as I can over the summer :p

Check out the diaries...just log what you eat and the exercise you get...stuff like that. It can really open your eyes.
 
LOL, Imma little late, but I like to think better late than never....so welcome to the forums....no more drug induced dreams mister! LOL
