You guys think you'r e soooo smart

I posted a few days ago about how hard I have been working out and not losing weight for the past year. You guys all said my diet must be terrible and losing weight was all 20% exercise and 80% diet. Yah right. Just to prove you wrong I started really watching what I eat.

I started eating breakfast, healthy lunch, light dinner and nothing after 7:30 pm. I try to get all my carbs from fruits and vegetables and try not to eat anything that comes out of a box or can.

So I weighed myself today and I'm down three pounds.

WOOHOOO.

It is probably not a true three pounds because I weighed at diffent times of day, I may have had less in my stomache today or sweated a bit more but heck 3lbs is 3lbs.

WOOHOO

Only 97 more to go.

This post is full of sarcasm. The facts are my diet was crap and I thought that was OK because I was working out. I posted here and was told to change my diet. I took that advise and it weems to be working great.
 
ok i'm not sure if this all friendly here or what but anyway- congrates on the weight loss , yahooo keep it up. and keep updating your progress so we can cheer you on. :)

Yes it is ALL friendly. I just read a great article in Men's Health about discipline. Oscar winning actor Adrien Brody basically locked himself in his apartment for six weeks and focused on playing the piano and losing weight. He dropped 30 pounds and won an oscar. I don't want to loose that fast but I admire the will power.
 
HMMMM.......Another nutrition success story in the making...........go figure!? You still have to keep exercising!!
