I noticed that you can't decide on the amount of weight you lost in your "journey".
Why not try journalling and weighing yourself? Jot down important facts (it's okay to start now, even if you've already begun your weight loss program, than to not have noted anything at all) so that you can objectively quantify your success.
I find that journalling (whether online or the old way) keeps me attuned to what my goals are and that it gives a great deal of happiness reading back and seeing how far you've gone with your weight loss journey.
