I love reading these forums cause it's awesome to see so many people trying to sculpt their bodies and regain control over their hunger/desires. Not very long ago I was extremely hefty and my son looked at me and called me a fatty! I decided right away it was time to make a change cause hearing that from my own kid hurt like you know what. I developed a website called <link removed> and wrote a short descriptive ebook that charts out my diet routine which was incorporated with light weight exercise. Six months after following my new daily routine, I had lost 8 inches around the waist. Now I can go bicycling and jogging whenever I want or even play football with my kids. The reason I knew how to use these specific techniques to help me lose weight was because years ago I played college baseball. The information I learned back then was a huge reason for getting my body back where I wanted it. Hope you all enjoyed the read, thanks for the awesome community!

I have been reading the articles here and others posts to keep motivated. I have gone from 254lbs to 188lbs-that is a loss of 66lbs!! It has taken about 9 months. I still have 45(or so) to go. I want to be around 135-140lbs when I am done. At first it really seems like it is never going to happen. I did not like the food changes at first. But I have now become so used to the food, that it is second nature to eat.

I have abondon eating any white items. No bread, rice, pasta, etc. 50% of my meat is fish, 25% chicken and 25% beef. I can eat as many veggies as I want, they don't have to count, but dip does. Limit the fruit. Add beans to your diet. Eat NUTS!!! Now having said that, you must count your calories still and I keep mine to 1200. Nuts, especially if you eat in the morning with a can of tuna-the flavor 100cal cans or 1/2 cup cottage cheese, fills you up! I was really afraid to add them, but it has made a bit difference in my hunger control. I have 1oz of almonds and 1oz of walnuts every day. I use Quaker 100 cal chocolate dip bars and air popped popcorn for treats.

I walk every other day for one hour. I can't do rigouris workouts, I have bad hips and knees.

But it happens!! and you get used to the different eating habits. I wanted to share this here, because so many of you have inspired me on the rough days!! Stay persistant and it will happen!! My total goal is 115lbs lost and I am more than half way there!!!!!
