Yooo I am half way there. I lost another pound today I am so pleased I am half way there. Ok not official weighday but I saw it on scales. 147lbssss. Official weighday is next Thursday but this will do.:hurray:

So this is my new diary with new goals.
Two d days coming up.
11 April and 27 April
so main goal is to lose 7 lbs by 11 April
and to lose 10lbs by 27 April.
Need to get to gym at least 5 days per week and to stick to diet.

I have measured myself this week ( last measured two weeks ago )
I have lost 2.5 cms from each shin ( thats the stepper it is a killer )
Lost 2 cms from each thigh and 4 cms from my hips.
1 cm from each arm.
Nothing off my stomach or waist. wahhhhhh.
Is there anything I could do to lose weight from my stomach, waist.
I am at the gym 4 or 5 times a week.
Half an hour between the elliptical, bike and stepper and half an hour with weights.
Would some work on the rower help lose weight from my stomach?
 
congrats on the half way mark. thats awsome.

how do you like the eliptical? i havent been on one yet and have been considering buying one some day to go along with my biking.
 
Before I went to the gym I always wanted to buy a threadmill but since going to the gym if I could buy one piece of gym equipment it would be the elleptical. I have to say it is a lot better than a threadmill. I think it is better for weight loss . You can always go walking or running instead of using a threadmill but with the elleptical it feels like the machine is doing all the work. So yes I would buy one if I could.
 
21 March

Lost 2lbs this week. I didnt weigh myself on Thursday this week cos I didnt expect to lose anything stood on scales today and lost 2lbs this week. I have to say I am gobsmacked. I had a couple of cheat days this week and I wasnt so strict on diet lately.
 
I have just bought 3 new dresses, 3 pairs of high heels and 2 new handbangs. Oh my god I feel so guilty. I am going to sort out wardrobe tomorrow and see what I now need.
 
24 March Day I gave up smoking

Was at docs today with bronchitas and was frightened into giving up smoking.
Bought nicorette patches and so far so good. I dont want to replace with the wrong food so I am being even more careful with diet. I hope it works this time. The money I will save by not smoking. I am already planning what to buy. Wish me luck with this one.....:hurray:
 
It is 32 hours since I have had a cig. I am not to bad the patches are good but I have had a couple of times today a crave for a cigarette but it passed in a couple of minutes. I have being really strict with diet today I dont want to replace cigs with snacks. I have to say I am really hungry tonight. I have lots of will power at the moment. I want to buy a whole new wardrobe of clothes so that is a great motivation.

I bought a size 4 dress and I still feel like there isn't much of a difference in me from when I bought a size 10 dress for the 31st of Dec 2008..!! I guess it will hit me gradually ?

I was out on the razzle for most of the weekend so I dont know what way diet was followed. I bought more clothes yesterday and I am enjoying buying clothes now. I have the wedding next weekend and 2 parties to go to this month and a weekend away to look forward to. Great social life at the moment. This is not usual. I am happy with my weight. I will be taking a backseat with diet and the gym this month. I will be starting a new challenge on the 1st of may and my new goal will then to be to lose another 20 lbs but for the moment I am very happy to be easy going and take a rest.
 
Hey congrats on the weightloss and goodluck to your new goals!! Enjoy this month on the razz!! Also on congrats on giving up smoking. I've never smoked but do know how difficult it can be to give up something. So well done :party:
 
Hi Mike On the razzle is partying and acting like I am 18 again

I am watching what I am eating but I am going out a good bit at the moment so I am not going to weigh myself till the end of the month. I have to live a little too... I am in Venice this weekend so diet is out the window

How is that possible. I have lost another two pounds. I havent being to the gym in almost 3 weeks and I havent really being watching diet. I will still be starting my new challenge next week. I wasnt even going to stand on scales only I did feel that I lost weight. Jeans I am wearing are feeling looser. Maybe the change in sugar ( changing to sugar light )and cutting out white bread has still made a difference.

So my month of fun is over and its now back to hard work. I am setting myself some goals now. Goal is to lose 2lb a week.
