"yo yo builder" is back

hey guys, ive been away from this site for a while as i started a new job which tired me out severly but now im back! over the past year i have been what you might call a yo yo builder and toner or idiot.you see before i got some great advice from lots of people on this site, with that i went on to lose lots of fat and lots of muscle. but now im just a flabby bitch. even the sadlebags have returned for another outing. i cant even look at myself again.
anyways im really pissed off and with that comes extreme motivation. i know the stuff i need to but i have a few questions for the truely knowledgable of you out there.
1.im using 2 dumbells,each weigh 15lb,is this enough for gaining?if not what is?
2.when im doing my curls, is this bulking my biceps and shoulders only? i heard by simply doing bicep curls you are training abs and back and chest is this true and if so to what extent?
3.could someone give me a good workout which isolates the shoulders using dumbells only?

1. No, you would need adjustable db's OR several pairs of db's, or and olympic weight set with bb, AND a bench no matter what.
2. Curls only work your biceps if you're doing them right.
3. Militay Press, Shrugs, Lateral raises..


Post your workout, it doesn't sound very well rounded. How do you do legs with only db's?
 
heres my workout,
i do 4x15 of db
4x10 of lifting db straight up from my side to shoulder level with palm facing down(i do this becuse its the only lift i know that helps my shoulders.)
i ride my bike and run for glutes and legs
i use this ab crunch thing that you have proberly seen in shops
4x10 press ups.
there you go, hope you can help my make a decent routine
btw, i only have db and for while i wont be able to afford any new equitment.
