Yet Another Newbie!

Hey Everyone!

I'm new here and new to forums as well, but I was attracted to your site because it seems that there are alot of people here who are in it for the long haul and not just the quick fix. I'll let you in on a little about me. I am a 29 (turning 30 next week :) ) year old, married female. I have a fairly successful career and am mainly happy with my life, except for my weight. I have struggled with my weight all my life and I have come to a point in my life where I don't want to waste anymore of my time being unhappy with my weight. I started really trying to lose weight about a month ago and have lost about 10 lbs already. I have about 150 to go! I'm here for any support and encouragement that you can give!! :)

What are some of the things you are doing to lose weight now?
 
Right now I have started cutting back portion size, cutting out some of the junk (like pop) and plan to start getting back to Curves slowly - since I always seem to go like crazy for a week and then overdo it and give up! :)
