Hi there! Thought I would just introduce myself. My name is Garrett and I'm a Senior in High School. I'm glad to find a forum that seems to be pretty busy and has quite a few motivated people!
My primary goal on this forum is to lose 20+ lbs of pure fat and build up lean muscle. Not sure how long this will take but I'm willing to do it! But when I do, I hope that I will be a much happier and more of an optimistic person. I also need a great amount of motivation. It seems like any time I try and lose weight. I just slow down until I reach a halt. I take a day off, that turns into two days, then to three, then to a whole month! Then I just give up all together. Hopefully this will change
