We all know that excersize is important, thats nothing new. But in Psy. today I did learn something new (at least new to me) As you age, your body functions decline (duh) but I was told that starting at age 25, your body declines at 10% per decade...however, with regular excersize you can slow down the process to a 2% decline! That really amazed me.
