Hello there, everyone! I'm a 21 year old male and I'm trying to get into an exercise routine to control some stress related IBS symptoms, keep my heart fit to prevent early death by heart failure(very mild heart condition) and to do some strength training and eventually combat sports in case I ever get attacked by ninjas.
Right now I mainly run on the treadmill(easier on the joints than the sidewalk) and some basic bodyweight exercises(situps, pushups, pull-ups). Not as motivated as I could be but I'm getting back into it since my stress level is rising as I exercise less. It doesn't help that the world is getting more stressful by the day.
