yes...another boring weight training schedule

monday: upper body...bench, db rows, pull ups, bicep curls and shrugs
wednesday: lower body...squat, lunges (I use to do deadlifts, and am thinking about adding those again.)

should I separate some of these exercises into another day?...or is this lookin alright?...thanks
 
You could get rid of either bicep curls of DB rows. Definetly do deadlift. It looks good. I would say do monday then do the wed workout on tuesday then do monday again on thursday and wednesday on friday, think about that.
