Yep...another newbie here

Hello all. I've been a lurker for a bit and this seems like a great place to get and give 2 cents to help me and other reach goals.

So here's my story. To make it sweet and simple...I need to lose a couple of sugar bags -Maybe 7 or 8 of them...roughly 30 or so pounds.

This is the first time in my life I have let myself get this out of control & out of shape. I lost 25 pounds 2 years ago by walking religiously and really watching what I ate...and ate right for the most part. Somehow I have been ignorant and let it all slip back up on me when I know better. I slacked and quit excerising and here I am again...over weight.

I am barely 5'1" and I am about 140 pounds so my ideal goal is to get back to my normal size of about 105 pounds. Any input, advice or suggestions would certainly be appreciated.
