Yellow, All... Give Me Shout

Hi, I am a Hollywood socialite bringing a little flare to fitness forum. You can find me on CSI NY, Ugly Betty, ER, and a couple other shows and movies. But the reason why I am here on the Forum is to ask for help and advice regarding Dips, Push-Ups, and Crunches. I researched these exercises as being the best and most straight forward way to gain muscle tone and strength. I am looking into fitness products that may help towards this end. Any suggestions would be helpful... I would like to work out while on set and make it a productive day. I found while reading an article in 'Exercise' magazine a product named 'TheRACK'. It looks helpful, what do you think?

boy or girl?

weight? Age? Being a T.V. person and all, i'm surprised you didn't post a pic. That's what the rest of "us" do here. BRING THE FLAIR! if ya got it!

cruches on the floor will get your clothes dirty, but you can keep a yoga matt around.

pushups are great, use varying hand placement

dips you can do on the edge of a chair, the longer andstraighter you keep your legs the better the dip

depending on what you eat, how much you weigh, and all of that there is good advice here.

Welcome to you
FF

p.s. I thought the sir26.2 was for MR. Marathon. lol

The BackDrop:

Thanks you guys for the warm welcome! When I quoted those TV shows above, I've been on their sets. I do background work depending on the scene. I have a call in service which production companies and studios contact to request specific gender, ethnic background, age, height, etc. I fall into a popular men's demographic and there you have it. Anyone visiting Los Angeles, Ca can become a background worker for the day. You should check it out! If anyone is interested in hearing more I will be glad to continue sharing my experience. (the CSI show was NY.) My most recent jobs included "Private Practice" and "Grey's Anatomy"

I dig the ROCK ON, post as well. Anywho, back to TheRACK... I ended up buying one. It will ship in a couple of days... and then I'll be off to cutting up this figure so I can get the pool side gigs on Entourage! Good Luck to me... now all I need is strong workout plan. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your comments.

Sir26.2 (I ran the Big Sur Marathon in April; an hour and half south of San Fran.)
