Hmm pretty sure that a +1lb increase each weak on average is damn good. I don't know why you are getting knocked for that. If we haven't seen his before pics, we don't know how great his transformation has been, really..
Some people start off skinny and work hard to get to 'normal', that doesn't mean he hasn't made an impressive change in his physique.
Which is why we still need before pics.
Regardless, ten months of bulking should yeild greater results than this. This is like month 3 off coming out of Auschwitz or something. If you put on 1 lb/week for 10 months, you must have been a literal skeleton when you first started.
That, or post your diet.
The way I see it.. Progress is progress.. Maybe he wasn't blessed like you being a hulking monster when he started out.![]()
