(This is my first post, thought i'd just straight up start my own place to go rather than enter other peoples territory straight away =p i'm quite shy)
Hey, everyone. As I’m sure most of you are, I’m here to have a bit of support loosing weight and support others. I have a condition where I don't get out a lot, I'm physically able but getting out of the house mentally is a challenge for me (I have Avoidant personality disorder.. it is more or less a Social Phobia) So, there are times where I do not leave my house at all... this has varied over the last couple of years.. I am pleased to say I went from not leaving my house for weeks on end to leaving at least 3x a week! Lately, I have had less support and have gone a bit downhill.. I try to get out 1-2x a week. So needless to say apart from my gym sessions (I try to go for an hour a day, every weekday) I do not burn many calories! My diet is not too poor, but I do get into binge eating when feeling down, which, ironically... makes you feel worse! Depending on my social/mental "status" my weight fluctuates... In a course of about two years I have gone from 55kgs (121lbs) to 75kgs (165lbs) back to 55, to 60, to 50, to 70 and so on and so fourth! I am currently at a snuggly fit of 70kgs (154lbs) quite a bit of this seems to be muscle (no that's not a "I’m big boned" line!) I do a lot of weights at the gym and I look quite toned.. my size doesn't match my weight if that makes sense (don't get me wrong.. I’m still chubby =p) I am wanting to get back to the healthy weight of 60kg as this is where I looked "normal" and felt healthy. Wow, a whole lot of rambling so I'll wrap it up now... hopefully I'll meet some nice people here and I wish you all good luck with your goals =] (any tips/recipes/everyday diet plans would be much appreciated)
