WTHHHHH!!!!!! HELP ME MY WEIGHT IS GOING UP!!!!!???

Ok I started at 213 pounds went down to 193 just from eating. After i got there i started plateauing so i said maybe i have to do something extra or different. I started fat burning cardio along with abs bicep tricep back quads etc muscle training at the gym continuing my eating habits and I started GAINING weight. I figured this was due to the muscle I am gaining. Any tips or hints to gain muscle and still burn off fat and go down in weight???? Any advice would be much appreciated....I dont really like using grammar so much so please excuse the mistakes.......I eat wheaties or special k in the mourn 2 nutrigrain bars in between brek n lunch chick fish turkey veggies and whole grain carbs for lunch 2 nutri's n between lunch n din n the same at din (chick fish turkey veggies and whole grain carbs) i try to fit a smoothie for my fruits somewhere in there and i drink A LOT of water
