Wrist watch with mp3-player???

Hallo to all of you...
I'm thinking about buying a new player, a real small one (if possible with integrated watch) ... should also have a charging function via usb-cable... don't want to buy new batteries all the time or carry around the charging station...
Anyone got a clue or even a concrete offer?

I recommend the Laks Memory Music. Unfortunately it is not available before March or something according to the website (www.laks.com). equipped with 256mb/usb/voice-recorder, looks real cool, price OK.
