Wrist and leg exercise.......

I am under 16, and where I live that means I can't use the gym very often. I have noticed that my wrists/forearms aren't as big as I would like them, so I was wondering are there any simple dumbell/non equipment exercises I could do to get them a little bigger?
Secondly, I have recently recovered from a knee injury which stopped me from doing squats. I am 99% sure the cause was Hindu Squats. Excluding them what leg exercises could I do to increase thigh size?

Oh and on a side note, is repetitive jumping a good way to increase max jump? Or jumping with weights ect?

Jumping will help your technique. Weights will help your power so you need to do both.

As for wrists, there is no way to bulk them up as you have no muscle in your wrists - just tendons.
Forearms will get bigger as you weight train. There is no point working them on there own.
