WOW squats are annoying me

ok so heres the deal. my form for squats has been crappy for a while(back not tight, knees bending too early, weight coming too far forward on feet), hence why my left knee is hurting probably.
it keeps on making a little squeek even now with like 45lbs(im practicing form like crazy)
IN ADDITION, every time i begin the motion of a squat(push my hips out and begin the descent), both of my ankles crack(doesnt hurt just feels wierd).
the weight stays on my heels, and i am making sure everything is spot on.
for some wierd reason, my left ankle is hurting like crazy after each workout and until the next(AND IM ONLY DO VERY LIGHT SQUATS. VERY LIGHT)

I HAVE no idea whats going on, nor what i am doing wrong. i havent squatted heavy in 2 weeks now(i hurt my right foot tyring to jump onto a generator lol).

Sorry about the ankle dude. Where does it hurt? what kind of pain? burning, shooting, stabbing, etc. Is it constant or only if you aggrivate it?
 
haha XD i was about to say....

my ankle pain is wierd. i have NO idea where it came from. seriously; because it started to hurt during the duration of training where im not doing any heavy squats or deads(like bar squats thats it).
it hurts once in a while a lot like a jolting pain, it feels like a bone inside my ankle is rubbing against a tendon its not supposed to or something along those lines.
i'l rotate my ankle 360 degrees multiple times and it will hurt only like 1 of the 10 times, but it pops a lot. its really random.
im wondering why in the world my ankles keep cracking when i squat because this has never happened. and why is my knee creaking like a door!??!?!? however, it has been feeling much better than before

i havent really done anything to aggrivate it. i havent ran in a while, squatted in a while or really done anything. thats why i know the devils out to get me lol
