Here is what the fit o meter had to say about me.

BMI:
You have a very high BMI of 84.58. It is important that you look at safe ways to loose weight. Find a support group and look at loosing weight in a healthy and controlled manner. It is unhealthy and even dangerous to try and loose weight too fast.

The BMI (Body Mass Index) is used to measure relative fitness. The BMI is only a rough guide value used used to get an idea of what level of health your body is at.

Heart Rate:
Your heart rate is relatively high. A trained, healthy heart often has a lower resting heart rate. More sports would be desirable for a healthy and prolonged life.

Broca-Index:
The Broca-Index has you at 234.1 percent overweight. It is important that you think about some weight loss. Check out our forum Weight Loss Support Forum for support. Take a good look at your daily food intake and throw out anything that\'s empty calories, like your normal midnight snacks. Do at least 20-30 minutes of exercise daily.

The formula for men is: body length in cm minus 100. For women, it\'s body length minus 100 and then minus another 10%. The Broca-Index is only an approximate estimate and fits to medial body length. As you may have a longer or shorter body, the Broca-Index is less applicable. There are always varying factors that aren\'t included, so don\'t take these results as the end-all-be-all.
Summary:
The results of your body data don\'t paint a very positive picture. You should take more care in dealing with your health. You run the risk of becoming overweight, having high blood pressure and many other diseases related to improper care.

Dude, I checked your stats in your first post to make sure it was accurate. 84 is just insane for a BMI.

Based on your height being 5'10, and your weight being 260 lbs, your BMI is actually 37.3

I think what you might've done is entered your weight in as 260 kgs.

BMI Categories:

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

BUT BMI shouldn't be your sole indicator -it doesn't take into consideration muscle mass or the l ike... losing more than a couple of pounds would be good for your long term health.. but instead of going with one size doesn't fit all indicators - focus more on how you're feeling and what you're seeing...
