would it be ok if

I have a FBW MWF but I'm noticing weakness in my left wrist. I'm wondering if it would be ok to do small workouts on my days off like wrists forearms etc. or would that throw things off?

I think it'll catch up on its own. By making it do more work, I think you'd only wear it out even more.

yeah? cause there was def a noticeable difference yesterday when i was benching. between my left wrist and right wrist. I'm a righty.

It should fix itself quickly. If you do dumbbell bench presses, the difference between your right and left sides will be more readily apparent in that your left side will not press up as fast as the right. I had that problem a while ago, all I did was to keep to my routine, but use dumbbells instead of a barbell and concentrate on keeping the dumbbells even. While I may have held my right side back a bit, it did not take long at all for my left side to catch up. I wanna say that after 2 weeks, I didn't notice a difference anymore. You just need to condition your left arm to handle the stress that your right arm has been compensating for.
