I recently just broke my leg in a really embarassing 'fall down stairs' incident, and it's really hindering my workouts. I usually just do chinups, pushups, and various ab exercises, but can hardly do any of these with the leg in a cast. Can anyone recommend some excercises for upper body strength which i still could do with my leg? I don't want to slack off, otherwise when i get the cast off, it's going to be hard going to get back my strength.
