Workout..Tell me what u think please

I got The Excercise Workout From My Buddy Thank ya by the way
Everyone Tell Me What You Think...im trying to hit 2 pounds off a week so by the time i get back to school ill weigh 133

Wake Up Time 8:30
1. Strectch
2. 30 Pushups
3. 30 Crunches
4. 30 Squats
5. Cardio (Walking and Biking)



Stretch
10 pushups
10 crunches
10 squats
10 pushups
10 crunches
10 squats
10 pushups
10 crunches
10 squats
Walk 1/2 or 1 Mile
Bike 4-6 Miles
Walk 1/2 or 1 mile
*Maybe lift my 5 pound weights

Then-Keep calories under 1400
Fat either only 20-30 grams daily *help me out on that
Eat Lean Meats
No junk only on cheat day which is every 2 weeks
Dont Eat 3 Hours Before Bed Time

*Everyone Tell me what you think and if you think i can accomplish what i need too

The cardio parts seems a little low. A mile walk would only be around 100 calories. Consider jogging. Also you need to do some weights because a large number of pushups/crunches does not help much because the muscles adapt.
 
but its it low like the other person said...if its low and i get a little played out after it i must be really out of shape
 
TheDevil only stated that the 0.5-1 mile walk was lacking, and that you could do much better by increasing your pace and jogging.
 
im a girl and thats what i was told i needed to eat to lose weight i want to get my weight down to 125 so im not overweight cuz if i weigh anything above that im overweight....right now i weigh 140 something : /
 
Hey Manderus, your workout seems great. It's better than mine :p I only do skipping and i eat lots of crap a day. I need more motivation =(
