Workout Routine?

Hey everyone, thanks for looking :)

Basically i would like someone to help me with a programme that would benefit me most!! I don't want to get huge, i just want to be fairly big, with good all-round fitness!

My diet isn't all that great but i will be sorting that along with this new routine i hope someone will help me with!! (any diet tips welcome)

I have full access to a gym and am willing to dedicate as much time as it will take!! Thank you!!! i will keep you all updated with pictures and information in the formentioned thread!!!
