workout routine

hhey guys, just wndering what everybodys workout routine is. i am currently 10.7stone 5ft6 but i want to get down to 8st i have areadly lost 3 stone to get to the weight that i am.but i th.ink im getting about stuck again now.
i eat healthy alot of fruit i dont eat foods high in fat i include some meat for protein and energy.i have about 1500 cals a day so i think its time i changed my workout routine.
how does this sound

50 squats, 50 lunges, 50 sit up and 50 press ups
and then1 hour of cardio in the gym 20bike, 20 cross trainer, 20 treadmill.
when i do my workout i tend to have the resistance as much as i can to make the most of my work out.if i do this workout 6 times a week and also include 3 spinning classes too.
or is that too much.
any advic appreciated
