Workout routine?

Okay before I get into it I'll let you know a little bit about myself. My name is Anthony. I'm new to these forums. I'm 19 years old roughly 265(last I checked) at around 6'0 tall. I store fat all over not just in certain areas. My target weight is about 170-180 and after I lose all that weight I plan to tone up and live a much healthier lifestyle.

Now that's out of the way, I'm looking for someone to help me set up an exercise/diet routine that will help me cut about 2lbs a week. I'm new to this and I try to set up my own routine but I just feel like I don't know what I'm doing and I get to feeling a little stupid and like I'm just wasting my time. Can someone(or a few people) help me out here?
 
Hey Anthony. Great to hear that you are making a real positive change for yourself.
Before you starting making drastic changes, it helps to gain a lot of awareness of how much you eat by using a calorie diary. When you look at all the calories you eat, you will naturally start cutting out unecessary stuff. This is how permanent weight loss happens....by changing habits and know facts.
