Okay before I get into it I'll let you know a little bit about myself. My name is Anthony. I'm new to these forums. I'm 19 years old roughly 265(last I checked) at around 6'0 tall. I store fat all over not just in certain areas. My target weight is about 170-180 and after I lose all that weight I plan to tone up and live a much healthier lifestyle.
Now that's out of the way, I'm looking for someone to help me set up an exercise/diet routine that will help me cut about 2lbs a week. I'm new to this and I try to set up my own routine but I just feel like I don't know what I'm doing and I get to feeling a little stupid and like I'm just wasting my time. Can someone(or a few people) help me out here?
