Workout Routine.

I got everything planned out except the excersices.

Monday:Chest/Triceps
Tuesday:Legs
Wednesday:Off
Thursday:Shoulders
Friday:Back/Biceps
Saturday:OFF
Sunday:OFF

I just need the excersices & how many excerxies on each muscle.

I Only have a barbell and a Dumbell, so dont suggest excercises using machines, thanks.

Monday: Bench Press, Incline Bench Press, Pushups, skull crushers, kickbacks

Tuesday: Squat, lunge-walks, calf raises, step ups.

wed:

Thurs: Barbell overheads, Lateral Raise, Dumbell overheads, front raises, rear raises

Fri: Deadlifts, bent over row, upright row, bicep curls, concentration curls

-- You can do google searches to find pics/vids of the proper form for most of these exercises

This is a simple, beginners workout, I would certainly research your workout more to add more to your gains.
