bench press
shoulder press
chin-ups
bent over rows
upright rows
cleans
hack squats
dips, stiff-arm pullover
stiff leg deadlift
various cruches
Ill probobly do like 3 sets of about 8 - 12 of each excercise, until it becomes easy then ill move up the wieght
Also is this alright to do about 3 days a week?
