Workout Routine Review Please

ok after a bit of resarch i think if ound a good workout for me

squats
romanian deadlifts
bench press
shoulder press
chin-ups
bent over rows
upright rows
cleans
hack squats
dips, stiff-arm pullover
stiff leg deadlift
various cruches

Ill probobly do like 3 sets of about 8 - 12 of each excercise, until it becomes easy then ill move up the wieght
Also is this alright to do about 3 days a week?

You have roughly 13-16 different exercises depending on how many abdominal movements you do. I would divide these up into three days of about 4 exercises each. That'll give you 4 compound moves and you can add some isloation if you like.

However, do you have someone to show you how to properly do cleans? If not you can start with pull lows (low pulls) and work your way up to pull highs (high pulls).
