I don't know if this should go but I'm gonna ask it anyways. Well I just wondering if the workout routine I'm doing right is too much. I workout my chest, arms and abs on mondays, wednesdays, and fridays and then I work my back and legs on tuesdays, thursdays, and saturdays. Is this too much? I'm a skinny guy trying to gain weight and I've reading that I should workout 3days a week. I was thinking maybe I should workout my chest and arms on mondays, my legs and abs on wednesdays and my back on fridays. What does everyone else think?
