Workout Routine Advice

Well I just finished playing football and am now looking to work out on my own. I've had a few years experience lifting weights but that was for football where my goal was to gain mass and strength. I'm now done with football so I'm just trying to tone my body, build muscle (but not strength so much) and burn fat...so I need some advice on what workouts to do. Here's what I've been doing the past week (Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday):

Benchpress 1X5, 1X4, 1X3, 1X2, 1X1 (increasing by 10 pounds each set)
Dumbbell incline bench 5X5
Barbell curls 3X10
Lying tricep extension (Skullcrushers) 3X10

This is just my upper body work out and I'm wondering how good it is. I'm not looking to look like a body builder I just want to be more toned than now. Any advice would be appreciated.
 
The routine is too unbalanced and you're using pushing lifts too frequently. Increase the reps on the bench if you're after mass and add some pulling motions (any compound lift for your back). Make sure you train your lower body as well. I'd go for a whole body routine twice a week or a push/pull/lower body split.
 
Bench press 3x8
Dumbell shoulder press 3x8
Barbell rows 3x8
Barbell curls 3x8

I'd still go for a whole body routine twice a week or a push/pull/lower body split.
