Workout Regimen/Goals for the summer-feasible?

Alright.

I'm gettin back home from school in a week and I'm planning on starting a workout regimen for the summer and I wanted to see if you guys think my goals are feasible.

Current- 6"6' roughly 215-218 depending on what i eat.

Goal by end of August- Roughly 195-200

I'm trying to burn off about 20 pounds of fat this summer(current BMI-Around 18) and putting on a couple pounds of muscle just to look good for when school starts again.

Regimen-
Monday- 2 hours--Muay Thai and Kickboxing with some Jui-Jitsu training
Tuesday-Lift--Most likely will do FBW--Upper body plus abs today
Wednesday-2 hours--Muay Thai and Kickboxing wiht some Jui-Jitsu training
Thursday-Off
Friday-2 Hours--Muay Thai and Kickboxing with some Jui-Jitsu training
Saturday-Lift--FBW Lower body plus abs

Abs will most likely also be done every time I'm at the dojo and on top of the martial arts training I will most likely run 2 days a week.

Are my goals based on my regimen feasible in the allotted time frame, at least in theory?

Also, if anyone has any productive changes to the regimen please let me know

Thanks

20 lbs in 4 months is definitely a reasonable goal. That breaks down to about 5 lbs a month, a little over 1 lb a week. Your regimine, including running 2 days a week looks to be enough to burn some fat. I'd only make a few changes:

Question - you say FBW - upper body - If you're only working on your upper body, its not a Full Body Workout (FBW). Same thing with FBW - lower body. If that is what you are doing, you'd only be hitting each muscle group once a week. You might be better off doing a FBW on Tues. and again on Sat so you hit each muscle twice a week.

Also, if you are working your abs on your martial arts days, that is plenty, you don't need to do them again on your weightlifting days. Your abs are like any other muscle group, you don't need to work them 5 days a week to see results.

Finally - what lifts are you planning on doing and most importantly- what is your diet like?

Thanks for the advice on the FBW's..

My lifting regimen, I'm looking into the most efficient lifts available...

-bench press
-dead lift
-squat
-Various Row's
-Power Cleans/Clean and Presses
-Leg Press

My current diet is somewhat lacking in its goodness...I'm in my last week of the semester...But during the summer its mainly chicken, a protein shake each morning, fish, oatmeal for breakfast, etc.

That list is good. The only change I'd make is to lose the leg presses and add pullups. You'll be benefiting a lot from squats so the leg presses won't be at all necessary. Pullups are a monster exercise and will help develop your back so you have that V shape.

Keep on top of your diet, because that will make or break you. It's the last week of the semester here too, so I also need to get back on track. In my mind, a workout routine and a proper diet are equally important. Read through the Nutrition 101 sticky in the nutrition forum, that will help you to figure out how much you should be eating. As long as you stick to your plan and keep motivated, I see no reason why you wouldn't reach your goals.
