Hello, well I am currently 14 and 5'11 and weight 147 lbs, I am skinny and very strong but i've started to notice my overall fitness is declining so i have decided to create a workout regime for myself to do over the summer. So far it will be
Monday : Morning - circuit afternoon - rest
Tuesday : Morning - running (15minutes increasing up to 30minutes over a few weeks) Afternoon - Circuit
Wednesday : rest
thursday : Morning - Circuit Afternoon - 30minute cycle
Friday : Morning : running (same as tuesday) Afternoon : Circuit
Saturday : rest
Sunday : Morning: running Afternoon: circuit
the circuit is made up of

knees to chest - 20 knees to chest - 25 knees to chest - 25 knees to chest - 20

box jumps - 15 box jumps - 20 box jumps - 20 box jumps - 15
