workout progress

ok the time span between the pictures is 2 months exactly. I know im not flexing in the first one so the comparison might be a little tricky. There is definately progress in lean mass gain, but does it appear that my BF% is going down? My weight between the two pictures is like a difference of maybe 5 lbs. My main goal is cutting (obviously) just makin sure there is some progress.

Thanks

Looking good bud. It definately looks like your bodyfat is reducing. Keep up the great work.

thanks guys. im hoping to lose at least another 5% BF and then doing some serious bulking for a couple months. I've always wanted to have like massive amounts of muscle, just never had the ambition to lose the fat first.

I'm hoping to be at a comfortable point to start bulking around the holiday season, just cause it will be easier to not have to worry so much about overeating cause its too hard to resist eating/drinking too much around then. At the rate im at now, i doubt i can make it to my goal by then, but ill let time tell. Who knows

nice, junkfood. i would like to compliment you on your huge chest and shoulders. Also, you dont even look fat anymore; i bet you only lost 5 lbs because you gained so much muscle at the same time : O.

more motivation for me haha.

keep up the good work.

btw Junk what do your dinner @ night consist of?

I'm tryin to lose my gut and get mass after that.

doing cardio and weight training atm.

Thanks again for all the kind words.

Dinner at night consists of one of a few things. Lean beef and a veggie, baked fish and a veggie, or a big grilled chicken salad. I will also usually have a peice of whole grain bread or some brown rice depending on if its a WO day. I tend to shy away from carbs on off days.

Good progress man, it's great to see other people making progress.
