Workout program for a tall & skinny guy?

Hello guys, I'm looking for a workout program for my back, my biceps and my legs.
I want to work my back because I don't want to be hunchback, my biceps because i'm looking for some nice-looking arms in my t-shirts and polos and my legs, finally, because it has to be worked-out since it is the half of my whole body!
I bought the weight gainer product by weider and plan to use it!


Age: 17
Height: 6.1 FT
Weight: 152LB

Have you read through the Weight Training and Young Athlete Development threads? You'll find some helpful information help build your workout plan. Please workout more than just your biceps in your upper body though. I can't tell you how many caveman-like guys I see who clearly did that and look so unhealthily disproportionate.
